how to make a pb and j in glasgow. aka, how to make 2/3 of my meals this month.

1) Go get a knife out of Kitchen 45. Unless it's in the clean bin,
2) you'll probably want to wash it.
3) Take it back to 419.
4) Get out the supplies.
5) Unscrew the J lid. Unless you prefer to do the PB first. In which case, follow this and the next 3 steps switching J for PB and vice versa.
6) Get some J on your knife.
7) Spread the J onto a piece of bread.
8) Repeat 5-7 with the PB.
9) Bring the two pieces of bread together, stuffing sides facing together, clean sides out.
